
Dr. John (Yu-Xuan) Dang is a native of the Bay Area, having lived in the South Bay for the last 30 years. He has been practicing medicine in the Sunnyvale/Mountain View area since 2018.
Dr. Dang earned his B.S. from UC Berkeley, went on to complete medical school at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine, and finished his residency in internal medicine at UCSD.
As a Primary Care Physician (PCP), Dr. Dang uses a holistic approach to medicine, taking into account the needs of the patient as a whole. He offers a balanced approach to medicine, and is able to weigh the pros and cons of medical decisions for patients.
Dr. Dang is particularly passionate about cardiovascular health, lifestyle health, and mental health. Additionally, he is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Ethan grew up in Cupertino, California, and graduated from Chapman University’s Physician Assistant program. He is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care and values building strong, lasting relationships with his patients. Ethan has a passion for patient education and takes the time to explain the reasoning behind each recommendation, helping patients better understand their health and feel confident in their care.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys playing volleyball, board games, and spending time with his wife and their two cats. He also speaks Mandarin Chinese.
